OPERATION METHOD:
1. Mixing wheat flour:mix water into wheat flour(2:5),you put few refined salt and soda into water,if you want to porcess egg noddles,you’d better not add water or add it a little.
2. Preparation:please cut the mixed wheat flour into thin piece (about 20mm),and throw some dry wheat flour on it.
3. Check the surface before using,put some luke between the edge of reamer and gear.
4. Roll the pastle:discharge the reamer first,then adjust the adjustment,make the clearance room between the two sticks about 2.5-3mm,insert the piug into the 220v’s electrical outlet.press the switch,put the paste in the container,introduce it into the clearance of the two sticks,roll the paste for 4-5times,then adjust the ciearance room at 1.5mm,and roll the paste again.
5. Cut the paste,install the reamer,adjust the adjustment in the reamer aaccording to your needs.cut the paste anticlockwise.finally,introduce the paste into the clearance room,and let in reach the reamer.Then the paste be cutted into thinck or slender noodles.
6. Finishing:After the use,turn off the switch of power supply,pull out the boit,clean the noodle and the roller.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Keep it dry out of use for long time to avoid rusty.
2. After finshing processing,dean the machine thoughly for next processing.
3. Check eletricty line regularly to avoid teakage.
4. Inject little plant-oil on transmission parts to enaure it smoothly.
